How to Register - UCC Online and Web Service API

After creating your account online, you must:

  1. Download, complete, and sign the Tyler South Carolina Subscriber Agreement (PDF)
  2. Return the documents to Tyler South Carolina. For faster processing, you may fax them to 803-591-9613. However, you must mail document with original signature(s) to:
