Payment Functionality

A citizen can complete a payment for a government service and receive a receipt.  With this functionality, an entity can:

  • Enable citizens to use their saved payment methods.
  • Generate a receipt into a citizens account.
  • Present an invoice for payment.
  • Accept or reject certain payment types or forms.
  • Allow for an invoice to become invalid after a pre-determined amount of time.

Notification Management

Notifications can be sent to citizens that are enrolled in your service. With this service, an entity can:

  • Add a citizen to a service.
  • Remove a citizen from a service.
  • Send a citizen an ad hoc notification message (email, text, push).

Event Management

A service can contain one or more optional events that occur on specific dates for action items, community updates, and dates for general awareness. With this service, an entity can:

  • Add a new Event to a citizen’s service.
  • Remove an existing Event from a citizen’s service.
  • Customize the Event language to be specific to subscribed citizens.
  • Send relevant customizable notifications (email, text, push) to citizens at pre-determined dates before, on, or after the Event date.

Document Management

Documents can be sent and subsequently managed for an existing specific citizen’s account. With this service, an entity can:

  • Send a citizen a new document.
  • Remove a previously sent document from a citizen account.
  • Update an existing document previously sent to a citizen account.
